Arcane is a Netflix series created by Riot Games. Riot Games is known for their popular games League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra, and Valorant. League of Legends being their biggest project ever is the inspiration for Arcane. Arcane is a series based in the world which League of Legends takes place. The characters in the game like Jinx and Vi are the two main characters in Arcane. Arcane is a look back into the lore of these characters. The series will be dropping on November 6th, 2021 at 5:30 pm EDT.

Arcane will be split up into two release dates. The first release date being November 6th, 2021 releasing the assumed first three episodes right after the League of Legends Finals. The League of Legends Finals are between professional Esports teams Edward Gaming and Damwon. Each year League of Legends releases new content and music for their Finals. This year the Arcane series and events in game are all releasing or already released around the Finals. League of Legends also partnered with Imagine Dragons for the song Enemy for another trailer about Arcane.

Enemy is another trailer for Arcane that shows a bit more into Jinx's life slowly coming apart. The trailer shows her relationship with her sister slowly depleting. Jinx combined with the music covers how betrayed Jinx feels from anyone as she grows from a kid to the adult Jinx known from League of Legends.

League of Legends is a game released back in October 27th, 2009 gained immediate fame and a massive following with having 180 million unique monthly players. The game is a strategic MMO having currently more than 140 characters all with their own lore. With events in game, shows, books, comics, articles, and many other places League of Legends continues to create a large world around their characters. Their most recent game Legends of Runeterra has YouTube videos covering a quick part of characters lore but nothing as large as Arcane. Arcane is League of Legends biggest lore related content outside their games. The series guaranteed to have Jinx, Vi, Jayce, and Caitlynn as large rolls. Alongside fans are speculating other characters like Ekko and Warwick to make an appearance from music videos and trailers.
