Gotham Knights is a new Batman video game developed by WB Games Montreal and will be published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game is set to release next year for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The game is based on the DC Comics character Batman and his family. After watching the trailer, we find out that Bruce Wayne/Batman and Police Commissioner James Gordon has died and has left Gotham under the protection of the Batman Family;
Barbara Gordan (Batgirl), Dick Grayson (Nightwing), Jason Todd (Red Hood), and Tim Drake (Robin).
There is an amazing suit up scene for the characters before showing them all standing together over the city. Then there are cut scenes showing the fighting styles and some of the weapons for each character. Then there are a few clips of some of the villains that are going to be in the game as well including the Court of Owls and Mr. Freeze.
The goal of the game is to defeat all of Gotham’s criminals and become the next Batman. As for the format of the game it is going to be an open world, action RPG. While you can play solo the game will feature a two player co-op mode.
