Lightyear is a movie by Disney's Pixar covering the story of the astronaut the loved character Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story was based upon. The movie is set to release on June 17th of 2022 without any delayed problems. The movie has fans speculating and hyped with different theories about the movie. A popular theory is this movie is the same movie seen by Andy from Toy Story inspiring him to want the Buzz Lightyear toy.

The official cast has also not yet been announced besides one voice actor. With a surprise from the audience the voice for buzz changed from Tim Allen to Chris Evans. Reason on the change is not confirmed. Although Chris Evans is extremely excited to play this role saying it was a dream come true on twitter. Along with several other tweets Chris Evans tweeted his entire statement from a press release.

Fans continue speculating on other characters Buzz from Toy Story knew and interacted with. The biggest question asked is if Zurg will be making an appearance or not. In Toy Story Zurg was the enemy of the astronaut and later on the toy of Buzz Lightyear. Some people speculate he will appear as a villain in Lightyear as well or possibly a teaser at the end of the movie for a possible sequel. Another question is the aliens also seen in Toy Story. People are speculating they will make an appearance but neither of these characters were seen in the Teaser Trailer.
